Order Processing & Preorders

The Pink Vanity Hair Co. operates primarily on a preorder basis.

Once your payment is successfully received, your order is submitted for fulfillment.

Please note that processing time and shipping time are separate. Our suppliers generally require approximately 3–5 business days for delivery to us after payment. Additional time may be needed for order verification, preparation, quality checks, and shipment to you.

We will communicate any applicable estimated delivery window during the ordering process.

Shipping & Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier receives your package.

Shipping Delays

Although we work to fulfill orders promptly, delays may occasionally occur due to supplier availability, carrier disruptions, holidays, severe weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If your order experiences a significant delay, we will contact you with an update.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has shipped.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or tracking indicates a delivery issue, please contact us promptly with your order number, photos if applicable, and any relevant tracking information.

We will review the situation and assist with the appropriate next steps.
