📦 SHIPPING & PROCESSING

• How long is processing?
  On-hand wigs/bundles: 1–3 business days.
  Pre-orders: 5-7 business days before shipping.
• How long does shipping take?
  2–4 business days within the U.S. via USPS or UPS. Tracking will be emailed once shipped.

💅🏽 HAIR & WIG QUESTIONS

• Is your hair 100% virgin?
  Yes, our bundles and wigs are 100% virgin human hair. No synthetic fibers ever.
• Can I bleach or dye the hair?
  Yes! Our virgin hair can be bleached, dyed, curled, or straightened.
• How many bundles do I need?
  For lengths 10–18”, 2–3 bundles are enough. For 20”+, we recommend 3–4 bundles.
• Are your wigs glueless?
  Many of our wigs can be worn glueless with an elastic band, or melted with adhesive.

🔁 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

• Do you accept returns?
  Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if there are any issues.
