At The Pink Vanity Hair Co., we take pride in delivering luxury hair with care. All of our wigs and bundles are pre-ordered, quality-checked, and then shipped directly to you in custom packaging. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order will ship.

🛍 How Pre-Orders Work

We operate on a pre-order model to ensure quality and consistency. Once you place your order:

  1. We place your item request with our U.S.-based supplier
  2. We inspect and prep your hair within 1–3 business days of receiving it
  3. Then, we ship it to you with love and tracking included 💕

⏱ Processing Times

  • Pre-Orders: Allow 5–7 business days total for processing and inspection before your order ships.
  • In-stock items (if available): Ship within 1–3 business days.

🚚 Shipping Times (After Processing)

We ship via USPS or UPS:

  • Standard Shipping (USA): 2–5 business days
  • Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days

You’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your order is on the way.

If there’s ever a delay with your pre-order (e.g., vendor out-of-stock or slow shipment), we’ll notify you via email with an updated timeline. We believe in transparent communication every step of the way.

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping will be available soon.
